How do you price your cleanings?
Our cleaning rates are based on the frequency of service you receive and how long the Cleaning Consultant(s) spends at your home. A minimum of 1 hour ($150.00) for every cleaning appointment is required. Here is a breakdown of what we offer for Cleanings.

- Bi-Weekly
- Monthly
- First-Time/Intermediate
If you want to sign up for regular service (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly), we will send you flat rate pricing after your first appointment based on the time it took to clean your home.
What if I’m unsatisfied with the cleaning?
If you are unsatisfied with your cleaning for any reason, contact us by EMAIL within 24 hours of receiving service, and we will perform a re-clean at no additional charge.
Before the re-clean is performed, a Quality Manager may visit your home and conduct a brief inspection. For this reason, please do not re-clean any area(s) yourself, as we will not be able to assess the space properly. Please note that refunds cannot be given for unsatisfactory service.
