How Are Cleaning Services Priced?
Our cleaning rates are based on service frequency and the time our Cleaning Consultants spend in your home. Each cleaning appointment requires a minimum of 1 hour ($160.00).
We offer flexible options to fit your needs:
- Weekly Cleaning
- Bi-Weekly Cleaning
- Monthly Cleaning
- First-Time or Deep Cleaning
When you sign up for regular service (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly), we’ll provide flat-rate pricing after your first appointment, based on the actual time it took to clean your home. This ensures transparent, fair pricing tailored to your space and needs.
Your Satisfaction Is Our Priority
Your satisfaction matters to us. If any area of your cleaning needs additional attention, contact us by email within 24 hours of your service. We’ll be happy to schedule a complimentary re-clean to address your concerns.
To ensure the best results, a Quality Manager may visit your home before the re-clean to review the areas in question. We kindly ask that you do not re-clean those areas yourself, as this helps us properly evaluate and resolve the issue.
In rare cases where a re-clean is not possible or does not fully resolve the concern, a partial refund or service credit may be offered at our discretion.
