Do I need to provide any supplies?
Buzy B's will provide all cleaning supplies including a vacuum. If you would like us to use your house vacuum, you will be able to provide the location of your personal vacuum and where it is stored. Some clients prefer to provide their own toilet scrubber and bathroom sponge. We will also ask you about the location of these items during booking.
Does someone have to be present at the home to let the cleaner in? Do I have to stay at home while they are working?
No, you do not need to be home for your cleaning appointment. Most clients choose to give us keys, a passcode, or organize for a neighbor to let us in. Please email to coordinate entry instructions.
Will you always send the same cleaner to clean my house/office?
For the most part. If you change your regularly scheduled day and time or if one of our employees is sick or on vacation, we will need to send a different employee. Please note that we may not be able to notify you in advance if one of these situations occurs.
What happens if my cleaner breaks or damages something?
Not to worry! This very rarely happens, but in the case of an accident, we are fully insured and bonded and any personal item that is broken or damaged will be replaced or compensated for.
