THINGS TO KNOW
Do I need to provide any supplies?
Buzy B’s provides all cleaning supplies, including a vacuum. If you prefer, we can use your personal vacuum. Please indicate its location during booking. Some clients also like to provide their own toilet scrubber or bathroom sponge—we’ll ask about these items when scheduling your appointment.
Does someone need to be home during the cleaning?
No, you don’t need to be present. Most clients provide a key, a passcode, or arrange for a neighbor to let us in. Please email us to coordinate entry instructions.
Will the same cleaner always come to my home or office?
In most cases, yes. Occasionally, if your regular day or time changes, or if a cleaner is sick or on vacation, a different team member may be assigned. While we try to provide advance notice, it may not always be possible.
What happens if something is broken or damaged during cleaning?
Accidents are rare, but if something is damaged, don’t worry. We are fully bonded and insured, and any item that is broken or damaged will be repaired, replaced, or compensated.
